Hi Ruth I was wondering if you could help me atall with my dilemma

Right I'm confused (believe me it doesn't take much)
I went for a 2 mile walk this morning, I used an app on my phone which logged my route, time etc. I also used my WW pedometer too. I got home and I checked on my WW calculator about how many AP I'd earned and it was 4AP but going by my Pedometer I hadn't reached my daily step limit so after running up and down my stairs a few times it says I've only just started earning AP. So does that mean my hike round the streets earned me nothing?????
I'd be grateful if anyone can help me with this.

I get that too I have to earn my normal amount first! I have always thought that its 10 minutes to 1 AP walking wise and this is always how I have gone about it!

I only use my pedometer at work as I'm always running around!

I would go for the 10 mins to 1 AP rule as on Esource and in the purple book!

My bf always feeds me up ha. I totally hated chocolate before I met him no joke! He loves it has some sort every day after dinner and I began to eat it with him! My favourite is lindt..the lindt balls I lovee!

Your exercise is hardcore well done :) you will do great on Wednesday! Xx

Exact same! My OH is 6ft 3, and weighs at most 12stone..its sickening ha. He eats sooo much, whatever he wants. Its how i got fat ha! x

I think ur AP calc may be slightly out tho... For the shred I only get 6 and I weigh a lot more than you... Sorry :(

I haven't done it don't worry :) I do 10 mins extra to make it 30 mins and mine has dropped to 6 from 7!

I do the WW DVD as it really pushes me and I earn the max APs and sweat buckets!

I do the move more with all of the higher level exercises and I actually feel pushed and I hurt and ache a lot more! I do the combination/tone and trim etc all sorts! It makes my leg and back less stiff and seems to work and move it more! I find it really hard and I think its great but kills me at the same time! Absolutely love it! Especially the energize with boxersize etc!!

If I wasn't injured id probably push myself further

It has a 5 minute warm up and 6 minute cooldown and it comes in all sorts of routines! I got it for a fiver in my meeting when I was 18 but they still sell it now in meetings!
