It's Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred! It's great! It's About 25 minutes long- I do an extra 5 to make it to 30 minutes and you do it once for 30 days!!! It's only like a fiver on amazon/eBay!

They are the balls it's 7 for 8PP which is great! How has your day been? Do you have a diary?

Once a day for 30 days or just once in 30 days? The latter sounds too good to be true!! Haha!

My days been okay thanks Hun. Have succumb to some naughty snacks though. I'm just really hungry after overrating over Christmas so that's why I have come in here tonight to try and fill my time up with something other than eating! :( I have just started a diary though but feel a bit embarrassed about it all! Feel like I eat the wrong things...

I feel like I am eating too much still to loose any weight though? Suppose time will only tell on Monday morning! xx

Thanks Hun. I hope so?!

That sounds really good. I don't really have the money or confidence to join a gym just yet so have been looking at fitness DVDs at home and what not. I bought the Zumba DVDs as everyone I know and have read has said how amazing it is... It's really not for me though!!

I have nooooo coordination whatsoever!!! :D

I'm a fitness instructor but I have a v bad back so I prefer to struggle with exercise at home :p I have Zumba too it's mad!
