ProPoints Ruth Is On A Mission! 22.5/50

I lost 5.5lbs this week :) really pleased also as it was a bit stressful!!!

I nearly thought about packing it on Friday and Saturday thinking it was going to be another failed attempt but I have faith in it now! I was frightened of losing 9lbs and that's it like last time

This is the most ive lost in a week ever :D

I am so pleased! I'm going to Center Parcs on the 5th March and we have just been told we have a free upgrade and our lodge has been completely redecorated and a sauna has been put outside!!!!!

Something to lose weight for- plus the spa and swimming!!!! My bikini fits me- just using bio oil to shift my stretch marks- not working too well tho does anyone have any ideas???

I'm 4.5lbs off my 5% and 1.5 off my 1/2 stone! I can't believe it! It's working :D my goals are so close!!!

I'm going out for a curry with my parents tonight and seeing Billy Connolly too :) I don't eat proper curry as it makes my IBS really really bad!! I have chicken tikka pieces for my main and Tandooried fish to start :) do not know how to propoint this!!!

Going out for a few drinks after work tomorrow- vodka and tonics or vodka and diet coke only!! (Malibu is 2pp though?!)

Plan plan plan time!!!

Can't wait until my new workout DVD arrives- Ministry Of Sound Pump It Up 2012!!

I've been every year I was born often twice or 3 times and I'm 21!!!! Hahaha! I adore it! I go with my parents and brother in March every year and then my partner and I go in the summer it is wonderful, so relaxing and gets you away from everything!!
I can't wait for the upgrade wooo!!!

Thanks :) will definitely go and get some- another reason why I should have never yoyo dieted, I have terrible stretch marks at The age of 21 and I'm childless!!!

Hope billy Connelly was good! I lost 7lbs I can't believe it!! 11 stone 2.5 now almost in the tens! Aiming to get there for valentines day so 3 weigh ins to go.
