Thanks!!! This sounds so petty but because I've failed every other time I'm expecting a gain or to mess it up but I keep stopping myself! It's that vicious circle and I'm eager to break it! Center Parcs in 42 Days! First goal!!!

I think it's our mindsets, I've been overweight for so long that I'm just used to it I suppose! Need to snap out of it!
This is why I have to take it slowly!! The 12s seem so unachievable I will be ecstatic if I get there- 6.5lbs away!!! If I get to 12,10 thats my lowest weight since I turned 18!!! I suppose my mind will change over time!!

I watched something on telly called Obese 1 year to save my life- or summat like that and it's really made me re think things!

I nearly did trust me especially when he was wafting chips with sweet n sour sauce In my face!!!!

I am pooped today!!! Can't wait to go to sleep!!!

I found polenta wooo and I have substituted buttermilk force fat Yog with some lemon juice :) therefore I'm gonna use my chicken in the fridge and try the WW KFC chicken recipe thingy!!!

Worrying about tomorrow! Will do my measurements tomorrow too as frightened ive put on due to exercise so at least it will lighten my mood a bit! I have been that busy at work I haven't eaten since 530am!!!!!! So I'm gonna have a scrummy dinner and put my feet up!!

Have you tried the recipe where you mix honey and whole grain mustard, dip the chicken breasts in it then coat in crushed cornflakes?

It's amazing better than KFC:)
