Hi does anyone know if these are healthy extras if so how many can we have? Or are they syns? And again how many syns? Just discovered them today and there amazing!!! Xx

Just had a look at the Ryvita website & those particular ones are 31 calories each, so 1.5 syns each, but not sure if they would qualify to be a HexB. Would be interested to find out myself.
