Yes I love doing 5-5. I do full fasts but you can split it into meals and have your down cals spread over eg start down on Sunday night: 200 cals. Monday breakfast 100, and Monday lunch 200 brings you to a 500 total. (you can do it any way you like that's just an example)

Its not for everyone but I certainly find it easier to manage and get less of the tiredness I would have got on a full down day x
