If they are free, would the chinese style, sweet chilli and tikka slices be free aswell, or would they be synned thanks

I would be surprised if they are free as they are so processed - and looking at the ingredients the rice flour, cornstarch, cornfour and oil would all be synnable.

that's cool, guess between 5-6 syns for a whole pack. Would there no free food allowance as the chicken breast is the first ingredient in that list?
