Sainsburys inspired to cook

I have a sainsburys inspired to cook leg of lamb with a red current and Rosemary sauce it is 1 syn per 100 g I'm presuming his is for he sauce, if I don't have the sauce will it be free? The sauce is In a pouch so I can just not have it

Hm, the SW website says that it's free for:

"Lamb, average of all cuts, lean only, roasted without fat."

Does that mean fat has to be trimmed before cooking I wonder?

I know I have trimmed fat off before I've cooked in past well I'm only planning to have it with veggies and mashed tat so I hope it is free
