If it is 454g, as are most, the whole pack is 17 syns, so, not bad at 2 syns each.

Well in the food optimising book it says low fat sausages are 1.5 lol
So more than had hoped but oh well lol

And the trouble is there are so many different types of sausages, low fat, half fat, reduced fat!

I know and I bought these as they were on offer and bought a pack of those and full fat for the others.....son took a bite of his sausage sarnie and said tnese aren't Richmond I don't like them and now am making him beans on toast!
