sainsburys rice crispys

im new to the site,can anyone tell me if i can have a mini box of sainsburys rice crispys as a HB on a green day or do i need to syn them

Can't find them on my online list.. would imagine that they don't have enough fibre in them to qualify.

I would say no to them as a HEX B but someone else may know different!

It's just the high fibre cereals for hex b's. sorry, syn them.
