I have some sansbury's croissants and I also have sainsbury's be good to yourself 0.1% fat biopot natural yoghurt.

Are low fat yoghurts free? or just very low fat?

Not even all fat-free yoghurts are syn free so you have to be really careful.

This is the only one I could find and I'm not sure it's the one you're talking about

Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself, Natural Yogurt, Virtually Fat Free 100g

    And as for the croissants!

Sainsbury's All Butter Croissants, 4/8 pack 44g each
