Hi All, Am off to Sainsburys this afternoon. Don't usually shop there so any ideas for no/low syn food and treats?

I know its abit late, as its now night time so im guessing youv already been shopping. I also dont shop at Sainsburys so I dont have any personal recomendations, but I read something on another thread about there own low fat sausages, only 0.5 syns and apparantly there lovely. Think I might give these a whirl myslef
