What fat intake does atkins suggest? I haven't been monitoring that at all! I, too, am a bit addicted to mayo. I found a salad dressing, will look it up for you, with next to nothing on carbs but I think very high fat/cals.
should I be monitoring fat as well?

I've just discovered the Paul Newman range Italian dressing which has zero carbs, the only bottled salad dressing I've seen with no sugar in the ingredients list.

Cardini salad dressings can be quite low carb too.

I never bothered to monitor my fat intake, just made sure I had plenty of it.

I brought hellmans fat free vinaigrette (with pepper and herbs) half price in sainsburys at mo so only 62p. Carbs are 10.8 per 100g, bottle is 235g in total. Fat=0.0g. Just to make a difference.
