Salad dressings

Hi, i was just wondering if anyone knows of any salad dressings you are allowed?

I've seen people post about 1 cal salad sprays (like the frylight oil spray) and they said that they got them in Sainsburys I think.

This is the response ive just got back from S&S


Unfortunately we are not aware of any dressings currently suitable for use whilst on a VLCD, though we have looked into manufacturing one though this will be around 3 months before its likely to be available.


Looking forward to seeing what they come up with! xx

someone mentioned the shwartz ones the other day but they wouldnt be recommended by s and s of course but I think they had low carbs
