Salsa dip

[Liannioso]

For the salsa
1 medium red onion, peeled and chopped
2 plum tomatoes, deseeded and chopped
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
½ tsp sweetner
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, stalks discarded and chopped roughly
rind and juice of 1 lime
salt and pepper

Just mix together

Daughter can now sing the Welsh National Anthem beautifully, it made me cry!!! How patriotic am I?!! Lol

Ooooh now that sounds nice, was looking for a nice salsa to make to take to my mums on monday as it her birthday and i dont wanna loose all my hard work of slimming as she haveing cake, trifle, dips bread sticks the lot lol
