salt and sugar challenge... 7 day detox

ok so after looking at my weightwatchers diary it has come to my attention that i eat WAY to much salt and sugar. Ive been reading a lot recently on both and I think its clear that consuming large amounts of both can definitely aid in slowing down weightloss and not to mention make you feel really low in energy and bloated.

starting on saturday (my sisters graduation is on fri and family are going for a chinese restaurant. i can get a chow mein and stick within my ww points but im pretty sure finding a low salt/ sugar dish in a chinese is next to near impossible)

anyway as of saturday i am doing a 7 day salt and sugar detox where i am cutting it all out for a week including fruit! i want to give my system a clearance in the hope that i can renew my energy and stop on a clean slate. i will be eating plenty and loads but i just feel like ive taken the mick recently with sugar (im eating a tiffin bar as i type) so yes if anyone wants to join please feel free.
