Sadly I let the scales get to me. But I didn't go overboard but enough to knock me out of K. I'm not going to weigh this week but just carry on and weigh next wednesday.

Worst bit is I got on the scales this morning and they are showing a good loss. Woukd of been even more if I had just hung on. A slip up is just that. Back on it 100%.
 
Aw it's hard not to let the scales bother you, I felt so disheartened this morning seeing a huge gain but I'm just hoping I can get it off by Sunday and have a stay the same. Need to cling on for dear life until then!
