Sarah's simple start!!

been feeling really low lately and feel like this isnt working for m. i feel 100% motivated i have strong will power and i get a ton of support but i have to feel happy with the results and at the min i dont, my whole ww journey has been very up and down andi feel like im hanging on by a tread. Since Nov i have lost 8lb. some people may say this is healthy which i agree with it is but i stick at it, drink water, fruit veg salad etc etc and dont get results. im literally at a dead end. I think it has a lot to do with my pill so going to see about that. Im going to try something else for one week and if it doesnt budge then i know something isnt right with me.

hello everyone im back!!!

so the past week has been very hard for me for some reason and iv been doing a lot of thinking about what i want. I was awake at 3am this morning and that was my thinking time. As much as i appriciate the help i have been given the past week i felt like i couldnt get my head into slimming world. I give it a go i ended up binging more and the more i was stressing the more i needed chocolate. so today i converted my food all into points to find the damage isnt too bad. although i dont feel any different and feel like a whale i will step on them scales gracefully tomorrow and accept it how it is as i have strayed.

so Thursday was weigh day and i sts. ill update my food from the week and tell me what you think.

Thursday - 20.2.14 (49 Weeklies)

I have been to bootcamp tonight the first one back since the summer and i felt skinny and felt good after :p
 
Im up with the larks this morning. I'm on a half day at work so finishing lunch time and coming home to do a little housework and walk the dogs before wi this evening. Just having a cuppa then off to work I go x

I totally agree with you, I need chocolate wether it b a ww bar or a real choccy bar but its so nice to have a big plate of homemade chips and petit pains so yummy

Day 2 100% iv struggled today but fought against it. I really wanted chocolate and iv sat and watched craig have a wispa duo, 3 reeces peanut butter cups and a mocha.

So done bootcamp first thing and feel good, that's twice this weekm
