Hello everyone!!

I have been doing weight watchers Simply Filling plan since January and have lost a HUGE 40+lbs. So why am I moving to SW you ask?? I need somethig new and I believe SW is more suited to me. When I have a bad day on Simply Filling and eat junk I simply turn it into a propoints day and it is never as bad as it seems. I have been the same weight for 6 weeks on ww!!!
The bottom line is - I need change.

So here I am. I went to a meeting on Friday and I'm ready to start tomorrow. Unfortunately my nearest meeting is a 45min drive away, so I decided to join minimins and get some support that way.

So tomorrow is a hard day to start as I am eating out tomorrow night. But I have looked at the menu and there are some fish dishes with no sauces and with new potato and fresh veg! So it can be done!!

I eat a lot of vegetarian dishes at home as I try to stick to organic meat/veg and it can get pricey if I do it each night. I also love fish. So it will a mixture of EE, green and red.

My aim is 14lbs by Christmas Eve! My overall aim is 140lbs. I am already a size 12. So my goal is 140lbs or size 10! Whichever is first!

Okay so I'm ready to go!
Starting weight 168lbs - 12stone.

My challenge this week is to not weigh myself and drink LOADS of water!!

Right I've had my Weetabix and I'm ready to go!! :)
 
Day 1

Breakfast - Weetabix(HEXB) + almond milk (1/2 HEXA) + chopped nuts (1.5syns) + blueberries

Lunch - tuna pasta (with onion/pepper/mushrooms/celery/peas) sauce (4syns) + 2 chopped olives (0.5syns)

Dinner - Hot Chicken and Bacon salad

Snack - ww yogurt (1syn) + banana + apple + sunbites chill (6syns)

= 13.5syns

Exercise
45 mins Basketball
30 mins yoga

Not sure about my other half of HEXA. I struggle to eat cheese and milk. I normally try to hide them in foods. I can almost bare cheese triangles so I may get some when I do the shopping.
 
First day over. Went to cinema and had 3 sweets from my OH pic n mix. Yum! So I guess overall I had all 15syns. Not looked it up but I'm not gonna worry about it, it's only 3. I could have had way more.

Wholemeal pasta, onion, mushroom, peas, pasta sauce (4syns), olives (0.5syns) + baby beetroot + tuna (1.5syns)

Dinner - mushroom risotto (4syns), peas, carrots

Snacks
Ww yogurt (1syn), apple, grapes, cereal bar (5syns)

45mins gym - running/bike
30 mins yoga

Okay so far great! :)
I had 16 syns instead of 15! But I'm not gonna worry about it a I only had half a HEXA.

Roasted veg cous cous salad. Dressing (2syns)

Onion + mushroom and cheese (HEXA) omelette with baked beans

Melon pack, 2x plums, velvet crunch (4 syns) + hot chocolate (2ayns)

Bread bun (HEXB) + quorn ham + lettuce
Grapes
Velvet crunch (4syns)

Dinner
Pasta + peas + mushroom + onion + ham + sauce (1 syn) + milk (1/2 HEXA)

Snacks
Ww yogurt (1syn) + 2 plums + apple + matchmakers (2syns) + hot chocolate (2syns)

Syns=10

Great so far!! I hope I'm doing this right! I've been busy exercising this evening. Played tennis which was fun and not too cold! Rained on the way home! X

Hiya! I do! But I just tend to buy whatever is on offer in tesco. The ww ones are less calories than muller light anyway and virtually fat free. So I don't mind the 1 syn.
 
I'm enjoying it! After doing ww for 9months it's refreshing to forget about counting points. I have probably eaten less than I usually do. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing!! It is easy to follow and your right syns ate precious! So are £s. since January when I started ww I spend so much more money on healthy foods lol!
 
I kno and sw means u need lots of fruit and veg spend 15 pound today just on fruit ;-( its so not fair healthy food being more expensive. U can get ten muller lights for £4 in asda at the moment so I stocked up they have a long shelf life too x

I just made 'magic pancakes' as everyone keeps saying how amazing they are. They tasted disgusting lol! I hope I did the recipe right haha!!

Jacket potato with butter (4 syns??)+ salad

Dinner
Vegetarian sausage x 3, SW chips, mushy peas

Snacks
Apple , banana, grapes, 2 x plums, velvet crunch (4syns), hot chocolate (2syns), ww yogurt 1pp

= 11syns

Okay so potato twice in one day, not like me at all!! But needed! I still have a HEXB to use and I haven't had a HEXA! Which I struggle with. I don't have a huge appetite to cheese or milk, so of I don't have cereal then I struggle with using it!
 
EE day

Morning Snack - Grapes
Breakfast - Toast (HEXB) butter (2syns) + egg + bacon (fat removed) + baked beans
Lunch - apple, banana, velvet crunch (4syns)
Dinner - chicken stir fry with noodle + sweet sour sauce (4syns)
Snacks- shortbread (5 syns)

Syns = 15

Busy day today, just making dinner! Smells good so far!

Thanks Hun! It's been a long 9 months! I still can't believe it's been that long. The longest I've stuck to anything. Hoping for a loss on Monday :)! After at least 6 weeks without loss I sure deserve one.
