Day one of a new me (hopefully). As mentioned before I tried lipotrom and didn't last very long. I found the shakes disgusting and couldn't swallow the flapjack style bars. Lets hope this one is a big improvement.

Thursday 22nd August

9am- caramel shake
1pm- chicken curry noodle soup
6pm-mushroom pasta
8pm-chocolate and coconut bar
Might also have some skimmed milk-no more than 150ml

Thanks for your support :) so far so good. Just had my mushroom pasta, it was quite tasty. Not bad at all. Just my bar to have a little later then il be able to tick day one off x

Friday 23rd August

8:30 chocolate shake
12:30 Thai soup
18:00 mild curry
20:00 dark choc truffa

I hope it gets easier, really struggling today. Found the soup awful!

And I don't like the Thai soup, have 3 of them left or the tomato soup and have another one of them. Literally can't stomach them x

If you can manage anther 2 days it will get easier.

I hate the soups aswell.

How much have you got to loose?
 
Ideally I would like to lose about 3 stone but I'm already wanting to quit and just eat healthily. If only it was that easy I wouldn't be in this mess. The problem is I would have no choice but to eat the soups as there're rank! X

I totally agree their vial. I can't eat healthy as I just end up eating too much. How many soups you got left?
 
If you go on the slim and save forum people on the forums do swaps
 
I've had a subway salad and it's never tasted so good. I'm so crap totally ashamed!

I'm thinking about trying to incorporate the shakes and bars in each day and do calorie counting. That was I can have fruit etc in between to snack on. I really can't stomach the meals and soups that's the main thing that's stopped me x

That's not a bad idea. I think that's a little like the re-feed programme.
