why dont you just have a salad in a box and cut out the bread?
Then it's just a salad! LOL

I find when I have no carbs at all I don't really feel full so I need at least a little bit of carbs

Oh I love my lunch sarnie - My current fave is 30g reduced fat cheese with spring onions mixed together with low fat mayo - V filling and lush!!!!
