ONLY LOST A MEASLY 0.5LBS THIS WEEK,IM GETTING INCREASINLY FRUSTRATED AT MY WEIGHLOSS , I KNOW I HAD A GOOD WEIGHLOSS LAST WEEK BUT I WAS ON CATCH UP, AFTER A BAD WEEK, IM GOING TO CUT OUT SWEET SNACKS TO SEE IF IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE FRUIT ONLY FOR ME!!!!!!
