    urghh!! i feel like rubbish :jelous:
    major hangover :( and to top it all of i ate about 5 slice's of pizza last night!
    and today yet again i don't feel hungary. where as usually i would of eaten a sausage, bacon & egg barm!
    going to try & get a shake down me about 1ish and get on the cross trainer, try & sweat off some of this hangover, hows everyone else getting on

    Hi guys:p I've had a good day and been really good diet wise! Gotta admit I've got the munchies now but I'm resisting! What u up to tomorrow? I managed to Find powder banana shake so stocked up!
