Thnaks for all these ideas. Snacking is where I really struggle so will do some planning and see where it gets me!
I really like veggie sticks with SW houmous or mackerel and horseradish dip and lots of pickles, onions, gherkins, mixed pickles - if I'm really hungry, I also include cold meats and hard boiled eggs - yummy - and no syns!
SW hummous made with chick peas, garlic herbs and spices then blended together with a little lemon juice.
