Morning! I'm actually turning into a Friday weigher somehow. Anyway, after a long weekend away, and 2 days on a business off-site, no gym for a week, I've gained this week. Surprise, surprise! Somewhere between 1 & 3 lbs! Yikes! Will be far better next week as I can focus again without any distraction.

2lbs off and got my 2 stone award! One more week and I'll hopefully be in the 11s - not been that weight since I met my boyfriend 5 and a half years ago! Very happy

2lb loss this week, making 6lb in two weeks! hopefully can get my half a stone award next week! Although feeling really rubbish today with a terrible cold/cough so having an off plan day today as i just want lots of hot drinks and plenty of chocolate today! Back on plan tomorrow if i'm feeling well enough.

Only lost 1lb this week apparently, although I was lighter on Monday than I was yesterday! I sometimes get impatient and weigh during the week!

Hoping for a better loss this week though.

Just a lb off this week but I was expecting a STS so am pleased - into the 11s! Had a couple of meals out and went over my syns on another day too.
