    Morning everyone, had a lovely long lie in today, so got lots of eating to catch up on. Hehe.

    B: Melon and strawberries

    L: Poached egg and baked beans on 2 slices of nimble (1B)

    D: Ham (1B) and pea rissotto

    S: French fries 4.5syns and fruit

    Afternoon all! Had a bit of a lay in and then off to get my nails done :) Hubby at golf this am

    Mixed day today

    B: Toast HE B, lf peanut butter 4 syns
    L: Tabbouleh HE A for feta, 1/3 HE B olive oil, ruby salad with watercress and beetroot strips, 1/3 HE B olive oil
    D: Ribeye steak on the grill, steamed greens and tenderstem broccoli, roasted bns and fennel, olive oil 1/3 HE B

    S: grapes, apple
    E: rest day today
    W: 2 litres

    B 2 x muller and blackberries, milk hexa

    L ham and egg salad

    D spag bol 2 x hex b, cheese hexa and a mini garlic bread 3.5 sins

    Probably malibu and diet coke later 5 sins

    1 hour gym

    Bugger I miscalculted The garlic bread, it was 3.5 for 28g or 13.5 for the whole thing, still had it though.

    It will probably be 2 or 3 so it's a flexi sin day today. I'll make it up for it with lots of exercise and be good the rest of the week. If it was usual tipple, lager, it would be a lot worse lol and I certainly couldn't stop at 1 of those.
