Well I lost another pound so that is now 13lbs I wasnt happy but hey ho its still coming off so I can't really moan at that can I!
Had rather a challenging weekend, (it involved coconut cake lol) But syned it all well tried to calculate and decided that it was my whole syns for the week so not having any more this week.
Hoping very much that the last pound for the stone award will be there this Sat coming, wish me luck this week, god knows I need it
