Does anybody have a free alternative for Mayo or salad cream for pasta. I'm going to make tuna pasta but don't want to have loads of syns due to Mayo! Thanks :)

Extra light philedelphia? It's very low syns and 28g of it can be used as a healthy extra! I have this most days on my pasta! Xo

you can actually have more than 28g, but it only qualifies as a healthy extra B on a green day, you cant have it as a healthy extra at all on Extra Easy or Original days.

1 syn for every 20 calories

The Light Philly is 2 syns per 28g
