does anyone know what you can use as a stock/sauce for dishes like lasagne, mousakka etc on induction, as it seems that oxo and the likes are not allowed !!!

you can have some stocks - the tesco beef stock cube is only 0.2 per 450ml made up

oh, i thought we cudnt have any of them because of the salt content, thanks longratia this is great news , i will be checking them all now, i wonder if marmite and bovril is good to go as i luv these ;-)

I've tried the LC sauces, they just aren't the same somehow. Very disappointing.
