Sauces?

Hey guys need some help with few things-

how much PP in
1. 15g of ORIGNAL salad cream
2. 15g of low fat mayo
3. 15g of marmite
4. 15g bbq sauce

Think they are all usually around 1pp for 1 tablesp, but ideally you'd need the nutritional information for each. Most do have a single serving information on the back. If you have them I can work them out better for you x

no unfortuntally dont have labels- just i cant seem to work it out with tbsp and tsp so rather do it in grams xx

1 tbsp is 15g I think, 1 tsp is 5g x
