cause i tend to eat in the evening i tend to save my points during the day, but like today after tea i had 6.5 points left, since tea i have had 2x ice creams at 1.5 points and 10x flying saucers at 1 point, i still have 2 points left but feel like im eating loads because i have these extra points to use up, does any one else get this?

i also have noticed that since starting 1 and a half weeks ago i feel full all the time so dont really feel like eating, i do tho because i need to use the appropiate points aday (i no i can save them but dont feel the need). has any one else been really full, im only allowed 20 points.

any advise would be great :confused:

it will be your stomach shrinking and i find once i " feel in control " i tend to eat less anyway cos i feel better in myself if that makes sense x

i feel in control of my eating all ready, but because i have all these points left i feel i should eat more (because obviously u should eat all ur points else u wont lose more weight down the line) but i feel bad for eating more, does this make sense? thanks for repling

I'm the same i am aloud 26 points a day and I'm finding it hard to eat 26, one day i still had 8 points still to have but i couldn't.
I too feel fuller, and I'm eating less, going to the toilet alot more tho lol

Have you got a food diary?? Whats an example of your average days eating?

i too am peeing all the time at the moment, but not drinking that much. im not a big drinker and am not big on water.

hi sarah I know exactly what you mean - I had 7 points left over a couple of days ago as had not had lunch and then had fajitas for dinner. I am on 26 points a day! I got home and as I am trying to eat all of my points ended up eating a curlywurly, a milkyway and a small glass of wine! I felt awful afterwards as if I should not be indulging in foods of this kind even though I had the points left to eat them!

i keep a track of my food im eating at home rather than on here, but here is what i have eaten today:

allowance 20pts

breakfast

fruit 2pts

dinner

toasted s/w and watsits 4pts

tea

scrambled egg (2 eggs)
milk
bacon x2
ketchup
7.5pts

snacks

delmote ice cream 1.5 pts
curly wurly 2.5pts (points saved from yesterday)
milk in tea 1pt

and i still have 2.5pts left

i do usually have something better for tea but was craving scrambled egg and bacon,my points for tea dont usually come to 7pts either

i do usually have cereal for breakfast, usually comes to 2.5 points
