Me again .. Lost my book and can't seem to find savoury Golden rice it's in a packet does anybody have any idea of the syn value ??

If it's batchelor's or sainsbury's, it's free on Green/EE.
Tesco's, Morrisons' and Asda's is 1/2 syn on Green/EE.
Campbell's is 2 1/2 syns, which is a shame because it's really nice!

Yay so glad that batchelors are free as that's what I got .. Now I can look forward to rice , chicken and salad . Yum yum
