Saying Hi!


Not a newbie to minimins, but a newbie to calorie counting. To be honest I'm not entirely sure where I sit at the moment - I was doing Cambridge, but I need to do lots of exercise, and you just can't do that on Cambridge! Ended up making myself feel quite peculiar :confused:

So anyway, I decided to give calorie counting a go. Not really sure what I am aiming for - I guess I am looking at somewhere between 800 - 1200cals a day depending on the day and how I am feeling!

So far so good - I did about 10 days of CD and lost 17lb - then I have managed to lose a further 11lb, taking my weight loss to 2st in the last 4 weeks :)

Still got a lot more to lose - hopefully at least another 8stone!
