Hi everyone!

Just a quick run down of my story!

Up to the age of 18 i was thin... I mean 7 stone thin!

Then i went to america for 3 months and came home nearly 13 stone! still dont know how i managed that one!

Got down to 10st with scottish slimmers but it crept back up to the 12st mark.

Tried ww but ended up too hungry all the time!

Joined SW in january. Lost 9.5lbs but over the past few weeks ive lost my motivation, ive put on 2.5lbs but im taking control now before it all goes back on!

I hope this diary and the forum will be the wee kick up the bum i need! if i get any foods wrong feel free to let me know!

So, today!

B - Porridge (B). Skimmed milk (from A), mullerlight apricot, banana.

L - leftover cottage pie from yest, (all free contents). Pear and mullerlight pineapple

Snack - Highlights hot choc (2 syns)

D - SW chips, smoked haddock, peas, mushroom, tomato.
Sugarfree jelly and pineapple.

Total syns = 2

Just going to head off to aldi/lidl to see what deals they have on fruit & veg!

Well Wednesdays grub (EE)

B - porridge (b) milk (a) - i put whats left over out of my allocated milk allowance in a jug and use that for my tea rest of day!
banana, mullerlight.

L- Salad with lettuce, tomato, onion, yellow peppers, asda good for you vinagerette dressing, chicken tikka pieces.

Snack - grapes

D - quorn sausages, mashed potatoes, baked beans.
Pineapple, mandarin mullerlight.

Drinks - volvic, diet pepsi, tea

No idea how many syns are in my chicken tikka or the vinagerette dressing, but im sure its below my daily allowance of 15 syns!

Note to self, REALLY MUST DRINK MORE!!!!:jelous:
