    I weighed myself yesterday and I was down 5lbs...now my official weigh in isnt due till sunday. I also weighed myself this evening and I was onl 3lbs down??

    Why does it fluctuate so much?

    the main thing is water, on a VLCD we drink so much, 2 ltrs of water weighs just over 2lbs x

    yeah i suppose im better off jut getting off the blooming scales. ive had about 4 litres of water today but i dont need to go to the loo or anything so i would have thought id none left inside me?

    anyway ill do my official weigh in on sunday and cross my fingers till then. Its soo dissappointing cos i havent cheated at all :(

    1 litre of water weighs 1 kilogram, therefore 2.2 lbs.

    That means you have taken in about 9 lbs in water today!

    It's quite amazing how much water does actually weigh!!!!....xxx
