Is today your weigh-in day?

Our bodies fluctuate throughout the day, and really, to keep us sane, we should'nt be jumping on and off the scales every five minutes (i know you did a little experiment - but it's just freaked you out - and it's seriously not worth it).

Anyone worth their salt would say just to weigh once a week (even a mid week weigh in can sometimes not be very truthful).

It's so not worth the hassle. But, rest assured, you are not the first, or the last person, to scale hop on a daily basis!!

As soon as something goes in your mouth then you will go up in weight, that's absolutely normal.
We can fluctuate up to 5lbs in the day. So stick to one time in the day when you weigh yourself, in the morning (after you wee) is best!
