Scan bran cake - vital ingredient!!

Just made a batch of carrot scan bran cakes (minus the mince meat as have none in the house) but forgot to add sweetner to make up for it :booboo: Just had one and it tastes weird - very 'fibrous' and incredibly healthy tasting but not v yummy!! Hoping they will do for breakfast the next couple of days but must remember to add the sweetner if I make it again!!

I bought Scan Bran for the first time last week and was going to make a cake but had them with cottage cheese - I rally liked them - will be buying some more this week!
