5 Scan Bran
3 Beaten Eggs
1 and 1/2 tsp of mixed spice
2 Tbsp mincemeat
1 Tbsp golden syrup
Sweetner to taste (i usually go for 3 tbsp but you can use how ever much you want)
All you do is soften the scan bran and mix it (i usually like mash it with a fork) then add all the other ingrediants to it and mix well then put it in a microwave dish and cook on full power for 6 minutes, it will be spongey and pull away from the sides,
I love it its nice with Low fat Custers which is 1 sin per 2 tbsp i think!!
so with custerd a quater of cake is 4 1/2 sins well worth it!! remeber to drink plenty of water when having scan bran
