5 scan bran, soak in hot water and drain. Mix with 4 tbsp sweetener, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 egg
Spray a shallow dish with frylite, pour mixture in and nuke for 4 minutes
I cut mine in to 8 pieces. You can either eat it all in one day for HEb and 2 syns or the whole thing is 8 syns. Seemingly (according to my mother) it freezes really well so you can just take it out when you want it for 1 syn a piece
I topped mine with quark mixed with a bit of splenda a a fresh raspberry
