Scan Bran / Rivita original

Hi all,

I posted in recipes yesterday, but as yet havent got a reply and I really want to make the ferraro roches!
The recipe covers 5 scan bran.
Please could someone tell me the syn value for them and the Syn value for the Rivita original?
The golden syrup and nutella too for that matter! Lol...

Ryvita Original crispbread = 1.5 each on green or red.
G G Scandinavian Scan Bran Crispbread, each = 0.5 on green or red.
Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, 1 level tbsp = 4 on green or red.
Golden syrup (sainsburys/tesco/asda), 1 level tbsp = 2.5 on green or red.

Lol...its the ferraro roche recipe on the recipe part...have worked it out that if I make 19 balls then they will be 1 syn each and I can use the Rivita instead of the scan bran (bleurgh!)
