Scan Bran Up in Syns

hi 2 all scan bran r great i hve problem in the bowl department and they r great 4 keepin u movin put 3 in a bowl pour boilin waterover mash up drain then add strawberry muller over and add fruit fab at lunchtime put sardines in tom sauce on 2 toms and beetroot on side drink water with them u will see a gud weight loss

I noticed that scan bran/loft insulation/beer mats are quoted as both 1 syn and 1/2 syn in the magazine. I asked my consultant about it last week and she said it was because they were going to change the size of the scan bran/floor tiles/gerbil bedding. That's why they were going up to 1 syn. I suppose that the company/evil corporation/devil dinners R Us that makes them has a few left and so until the older stock is gone, the 1/2 syn on the packets is right.

Bet you can tell how much I like them!!

The Ferraro Rocher are gorgeous!!! honestly really nice, and dont double the syns in your receipe just add 1/2 syn for each scna bran x
