    I think this is a good idea for me to keep me on the straight and narrow. Feel free anyone to offer advice or opinions if I could be doing things better.....

    30th March

    Breakfast: Large bowl of branflakes with skimmed milk and canderel 4pts

    Cappuccino and low fat milk 1.5pts

    Lunch: Tin of baxters chicken and veg soup, 2 slices of ww brown bread & a scrape of low low 3pts

    Snack: Strawberries and a ww yoghurt and a ww bar 3pts

    Dinner: Prawns 2pts, Pasta 60g 4pts, veg 0pts, sauce 1.5pts

    Total used 19/23

    Drank 1.5litres of water too :D
