Yeah it is the same stuff thank you See I dont really like the powdered one as I find it can be a little bit bitter and I always tend to put too much in. But I also use it for a chinese veg soup and find the paste dissolves better

I always find there is too much stiryfry veg in a pack for me and my OH and hated wasting the 1/3 of the pack we didnt use so I add the left over veg to plain veg stock with a tsp of soy sauce and the 5 spice stuff, easy quick veg soup and its really good cos you can add left over cooked beef, pork and chicken. Also if you want noddles in it just stick em in for a couple of mins before you stick in the veg and you got veg noodle soup plus you can change the type of stock to give it a different flavous. It's so easy lol
