I picked up a packet of Scottish Slimmers venison sausages (lower fat / lower salt) yesterday as I fancied them for my breaky this morning.
Unfortunately, I haven't been to class last 2 weeks due to illness, but would like to know the syn value of these. According to the nutritional info on the package, I have assumed that they are low syn and I have to admit they tasted great with a really meaty texture. I would thoroughly recommend them, especially to use in the likes of stews / casseroles. Even hubby enjoyed them.
Nutritional values per 100g:
Kcal: 122
Fat: 3.8 of which Saturates 2.1g
Total package equals 270 grams ( 6 sausages in pack)
