Its not been a good week, the scales wont budge except in the increase direction.....humph I have been so good too.

It was looking a little more promising before our trip to Cardiff this afternoon! Ah well, we will draw that line and start afresh x

Scales looking good for tomorrow. My being poorly over weekend and barely eating helped!!!

2lb off, bit annoyed an extra half pound would have given me the stone but hey next week

Oh that is annoying but at least the scales are still going down and as you say, you will get the stone next week

Being extra good this week, if i want to get to my mini (or not so mini as case is) target by my holiday i have to lose 3lb a week!!!! aaargh.....
