Hi, sorry only just saw this hadn't been answered - its a bit quiet in the run up to christmas and I don't think the recipe section gets used a lot! I think you'd need to check the carb content, from memory they have some other stuff in them as well as protein so won't be carb free - maybe have them on the days you have the lower carb packs as there can be a big difference between some of them!
