Hi im going to the coast on sunday and love seafood. I will only be on day 14 but wondered if i could have a pot of prawns (No dressing) or white crab meat. Its only protein i think and wondered if anyone knows the answer.

    Thanks for any help.

Im afraid the answer is no , prawns do contain salt and can make you retain water

You can do whatever you want, whenever you want. However, to keep to the diet.......no, you can't have that food.

Only white fish, seafood isn't allowed due to the salt content.
