Second day in...Starving and peeing constantly!!

I'm nearly at the end of my second day and Ive got hunger pains!! Ive got half a litre of water left out of my daily allowance. Is it normal for this to happen?

Ive had my three shakes,im thinking that maybe I should just go to bed

Is it also normal to wee so much, I have counted 17 trips to pee today?? sorry for all the questions
