Hey Kaza- I only like the chocolate sachets too. I do mine with a heaped spoon of instant coffee and some I've cubes to give them a bit of a lift. It works wonders. Some people put in cold peppermint tea to make a mint choc shake but I haven't tried this. I have tried to make a shake into a hot choc style drink but it didn't work for me. Hope that helps a bit. How is day 2 for you? I'm on day 30. Not going too badly and have lost 1st7lbs in that time so not too bad. Hard diet to do but results are worth it.
That's really good well done, it gives me hope. I'm actually doing fine considering not eating. Ha. That's a really good idea I might try both the coffee and peppermint tea.
