Yes hun I did for about a week. I felt very naughty and guilty! I also felt fat again- really weird I know- not really sure why! This does go- don't worry!

Hope the refeed is still going well. Just keep a close eye on your portion sizes and eat nice and slowly. Keep up your water intake as 80% of the time we feel hungry it is actually water our bodies are looking for.

I'm due to start re-feeding on Wednesday and feel very apprehensive about it. I'm terrified that weight will start to creep back on as soon as I even think about food. I know in the back of my mind that this has obviously been done many times before and if I follow the re-feed instructions then it should be successful but still dead scared about it.
